We keep cookies to the minimum: the ones that sign you in and keep payments secure. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking.
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are essential for a site to work at all (for example, to remember that you’re signed in); others are used for analytics or advertising. This policy lists exactly which cookies Med-Legal uses and why.
We use only strictly-necessary cookies — the ones required to run the service securely. We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because of this, there’s nothing to “opt in” to: strictly-necessary cookies don’t require consent under UK law, so you won’t see a cookie banner nagging you on every visit.

When you visit a payment or card-setup page, our payment provider Stripe sets its own cookies to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. These are set by Stripe, not by us:

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings — see aboutcookies.org for instructions for each browser. Note that if you block the ml_session cookie you will not be able to stay signed in, so the app won’t work. Blocking Stripe’s cookies may prevent payments from completing.
